Expression of aquaporins in the eye during physiological and pathological conditions
	Expression of aquaporins in the eye is being investigated under physiological and pathological conditions using cell and animal models, as well as huma samples. Our research particularly focuses on pathological conditions leading to the rupture of the blood retinal barrier, including uveitis, diabetic retinopathy and proliferative vitreoretinopathy.
